Heat and Sanitary Installer vocational qualification (TP ITS)

The holder of this level 3 vocational qualification installs individual or collective heating and sanitary equipment for establishments of all sizes. The work entrusted to him involves both new installations, in new or old buildings, and the modification of existing installations.

The objectives of the training are to lead the professional to :

• Master all stages of a heating and sanitary installation, central heating
• Know how to connect sanitary appliances, air renewal equipment
• Repair central heating, domestic hot water production and CMV installations
• Be able to modify existing heating installations in new or renovated residential premises

Integration period: Welcome, presentation of training objectives, knowledge of the professional environment, awareness of sustainable development, adaptation of the training path.

The training consists of 2 CCPs and complementary modules:

CCP - Carrying out heating installations in residential premises

• Installing heat emitters in copper tubes and synthetic materials in new residential premises
• Modifying an existing heating network in residential premises.
• Install a heating generator in residential premises.

CCP - Building sanitary installations

• Installing sanitary appliances in residential premises.
• Install domestic hot water production equipment in residential premises.
• Installing air renewal equipment in residential premises

Module 5 PRAP Prevention of Risks related to Physical Activity

Aspects related to sustainable development are covered throughout the training: ensuring that the energy performance of buildings is not degraded (waterproofing) during work, recommending the installation of water-saving devices and regular maintenance of equipment to optimise its operation and longevity, ensuring the sorting and traceability of waste and recovering recyclable materials, making arrangements for people with reduced mobility.
